Important Information
1) NEW REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 13, 2025
We will be opening new registration on January 13, 2025. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR SIBLING REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS TO BE HANDED IN. Please be reminded that any current families that have not yet completed their registration will not have their seats guaranteed, as we will be starting to accept new families.
2) SPIRIT WEAR AND PINK SHIRT DAY ORDER FORM
Order forms went home this week for Spirit Wear and Pink Shirts. They are due by next Thursday. Proceeds from the pink shirts will go the the Autism Society of BC. Students will be allowed to wear pink shirts on Spirit Wear days as well! If you did not see the order form, it is attached here as well. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN ERROR ON THE ORDER FORM. ITEMS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS THIS MONTH, NOT SEPTEMBER AS IT SAYS ON THE ORDER FORM.

4) PARENT PARTICIPATION UPDATE
Families, kindly login to your Onvolunteer accounts to check how many hours you have completed. You should be at the halfway mark! Please remember it is your responsibility to submit any ad hoc tasks within one month in order for it to be approved. Anything submitted past a month, and approval is at the discretion of the coordinator.
The program requirement is 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours. Deadline for completion is May 31st, 2025. Non completion rates are: $30 per missing regular hour and $60 per missing maintenance hour. No show fees will apply so please be considerate and show up for tasks you have committed to. 5) PARENT FUNDRAISING GROUP UPDATE
Thank you to all the families and volunteers for your generous support of our fundraising efforts so far this school year. Your participation has made a real difference, and we’re truly grateful for your continued dedication. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to share some upcoming fundraisers and events that promise to bring our community even closer together. Wishing you a blessed Christmas and a joyful New Year filled with peace, happiness, and continued success!

Correction to the order form: Orders will be ready for pickup by January 31st 2025.
Proceeds from CCS Pink Shirts will go to the Autism Society of BC. Pink shirts may be worn on Pink Shirt Day and Spirit Wear Days.
Return your order forms to the school with cash or a cheque made out to Precious Blood Parish to ensure you are ready for February. Additional forms are available on facebook!
