Important Information


1) HOLY CROSS OPEN HOUSE:
The Holy Cross Open House is January 23 starting at 6:30pm.

2) STAFF RETREAT- NO SCHOOL ON JANUARY 27th:
Please be reminded that we have our annual staff retreat on Monday, January 27th and school will not be in session.

3) CCS SPRING CONCERT:
Mark your calendars! Our Spring concert will be on May 27th, with the matinee happening at 1:00pm and the evening show at 6:00pm.

4) PARENT PARTICIPATION UPDATE
Families, kindly login to your Onvolunteer accounts to check how many hours you have completed. You should be at the halfway mark!  Please remember it is your responsibility to submit any ad hoc tasks within one month in order for it to be approved.  Anything submitted past a month, and approval is at the discretion of the coordinator. 

 The program requirement is 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours.  Deadline for completion is May 31st, 2025.  Non completion rates are: $30 per missing regular hour and $60 per missing maintenance hour.  No show fees will apply so please be considerate and show up for tasks you have committed to.  Below is the link for available volunteer opportunities.
