Parent Appreciation drive through:
On Tuesday, our staff will be at the drive through handing out little treats for our parents and caregivers to show our appreciation for all you do! Make sure to stop and get one!
Fun Day:
Our Fun Day is Friday June 21, and the planning committee is excited to announce this year’s theme: Superheros! See poster attached below. Parents are more than welcome to attend and cheer the students on!
Cambridge Uniforms:
Free shipping on orders over $250 (before tax) between now and June 15th. Back to school orders should be placed by June 15th to ensure that they are ready in time for next school year.
Sun Protection:
As the weather gets warmer and sunnier, a reminder to please send your child to school with hat, water and sunscreen.
Parent Participation Update:
Families, the 2024-2025 Parent participation program is now open!. Get a head start and earn hours before the summer break. The requirement of 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours are due by May 31, 2025
If you are unable to attend a volunteer shift, kindly remove yourself from the task with as much notice as possible. If there is more than 24 hours notice, the task can be reposted and hopefully a replacement can be found . If there is less than 24 hours notice, email the parent participation coordinator. Failure to report an absence will result in a no show fee of $25 per missed shift. Three no shows, and the family will be removed from the program and will have to pay out the remaining hours at the cost of $30 per missed regular hour and $60 per missed maintenance hour.
Ad hoc requests are tasks that you did not sign up for on the website or a task that took longer than expected. Please submit these within one month of completion for approval. Anything submitted beyond that date, and approval is at the discretion of the coordinator.

PFG Update:
The CCS Kids Swap & Used Uniform Sale is this Sunday, June 9th! 10am - 2pm.
The PFG is also hosting a toonie table & $5 fill-a-bag for clothing. Buying an item from the PFG table will also give you a chance to win prizes including a night at the Pemberton Valley Lodge!
If you would like to donate items to the PFG Tables, final drop off is on Saturday from 1pm - 4pm in the Parish Centre.
