Thank You, Please, and an Invitation!

Well, our May 2nd fundraiser “Tropical Paradise Party” is a few months away, but time FLIES when it comes to preparing for such a big event! With just over two months to go, here is a quick update from the PFG.

Thank you so much to all the parents who responded to our request for auction items - we had some very good leads and we are excited about this year’s prospects! We will be following up with you shortly!

If you haven’t had a chance to respond to our request for leads on auction items, please take a look at our last PFG blog post! We will do all the follow up, but we need YOUR contacts and ideas!

Finally, the Parent Fundraising Group will be meeting at 7:30 on Wednesday, February 19th, and we would like to extend an invitation to all parents who may be interested in helping out with soliciting businesses for auction items. We will be meeting at one of our member’s homes (Wednesday nights are busy at the parish and school), so email us at fundraising@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca for the location or message Jennifer Hamel Friesen through FB Messenger. Remember, all the time that you spend at PFG meetings and/or soliciting for auction items counts towards your volunteer hours.
