Important Information
Hot Lunch: First Hot lunch will be on February 16th! Ordering information emailed home January 25th
School tax receipts will be available at the school office from Wednesday, February 2 to Tuesday, February 8. So that they don't get lost in transition it would be great if you could pick it up in person. If you are not able to pick it up during this time, it will be sent home with your oldest child on Wednesday, February 9.
Our Student Leadership team had the privilege of meeting with Archbishop Miller on Wednesday to share with him all the wonderful things happening here at CCS- Great job as always representing our school, Leadership Team!!
Parent Participation Update: We are now more than half-way through the year. Please check to make sure your family is on track to complete your Parent Participation hours, and that you have entered all unscheduled tasks you have done into OnVolunteers. Here are a few of the available tasks right now:
*Workbee tomorrow, Feb 5 (and future workbees)
*Fundraising class contacts - we still need volunteers for Grade 1, Grade 3, Grade 6/7P, and Grade 7G - this job is mainly emailing, so can be done outside of school hours.
There are still a number of families who have not yet entered any hours into OnVolunteers, or who have only completed a few hours so far. Please be reminded of the non-completion fee of $30/hr and $60/maintenance hour for any hours you are missing by the deadline of May 31. Don't leave it to the last minute to complete your Parent Participation hours!
