Work Bee Saturday, Nov. 3

Our third work bee of the year is this Saturday November 3rd! You may have noticed the leaves falling and gathering on the ground and it is one of many jobs we need volunteers for this weekend.  Please bring a rake if you have one as we only have a few in the shed.  Gardening gloves are also recommended!

 We are expecting a wonderfully, wet day and the jobs needing done are still predominantly outside.  Please dress for working outside. We will have inside jobs this month only if we have a surplus of volunteers.  A reminder that jobs are assigned at the work bee on a first come first serve basis and assigned in order of priority.  Work bees begin at 9 am.  If you happen to arrive early the doors may still be locked as work bee coordinators are busy setting up. 

Some jobs to accomplish this month include:

Raking/blowing and bagging leaves in the parking lot and around the school grounds

Clearing drains of leaves and debris

Weeding and clearing slab of leaves and debris

Playground maintenance
