Maintenance Update:
We are looking for two people to take on the position of Work Bee Indoor Supervisor for the rest of this year, with priority registration for this position for 2022-2023. Log into On Volunteers for the full description of the position, here are the highlights:
- Attend the April 2 workbee for training, plus attend and supervise one of the two May workbees (May 7 or May 28)
- Earn a total of 9 maintenance hours, 4 for each workbee plus one hour for your time spent preparing the indoor task list for your May work bee.
- Coordinate with the Custodian and Maintenance Coordinator before each workbee to determine the indoor tasks that need to be done
- Be at each workbee from 8:45 to 12:15
- At each workbee you assign volunteers tasks, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, and you check to make sure the tasks have been completed.
After you sign up for the task in OnVolunteers, please email Jennifer at maintenance@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca to set up a meeting to see if this job is right for you. (The 0.5 given in the task counts for that meeting).
Parent Participation Update:
Just a reminder to all families that our Parent Participation deadline is May 31. Families will be responsible to have entered 40h (including 6 or more maintenance hours) into OnVolunteers by that date. The number of required hours will not be reduced this year.
Also, we are still looking for one or two individuals to direct our parish's Vacation Bible School this summer. Please see OnVolunteers for more details about that task.
